The Normal morph, also known as the Wild-Type, is the natural and most common coloration of the Leopard Gecko (Eublepharis Macularius). These geckos have a yellow to tan base colour covered with dark brown or black spots, resembling the patterns of a leopard. Hatchlings typically have bold black bands that break into spots as they mature. Unlike many designer morphs, Normal Leopard Geckos have very dark pigmented eyes and retain their natural desert camouflage. This classic look is the foundation for many morph variations and remains a favourite among hobbyists for its hardy genetics and traditional appearance.
